incorporated in the Isle of Man on 26 Jan 1987. It is a publicly-listed
Company on the ASX as well as the CLOB (Central Limit Order Book)
International, Singapore. The Company was in the timber processing
industry, which evolved into upstream forestry developments. However,
the Company has decided to change its principal operation to mining
and exploration of coal and other minerals with a focus in Australia. |
