OGL Resources is currently conducting its due diligence process and review to acquire 100% of the historical Ebenezer Coal Project, under Mining Lease 4712 and 100% of the Bremer View Coal Project under Mineral Development Licence 172 from Zedemar Holdings Pty Ltd.
