Mr Henry, is an Australian citizen resident in Sydney. As a Certified Practising Marketer, he holds membership with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), The Australian Marketing Institute and is a member of the chartered Management Institute.

Henry has extensive sales, marketing and management experience in consumer and durable products in the Asia Pacific region, having worked in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. He also has been involved in project acquisition, evaluation, mergers & acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings (IPO).

Mr Derrick, is an Australian citizen. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc) from University of Singapore. He also obtained a Diploma in Corporate Management from the Institute of Chartered of Secretaries, Australia.

He is an Accountant and finance professional who manages his own company, Finance Professional Pty. Ltd. A resident of Sydney, Derrick has more than 20 years of experience in business, financial and corporate management in Singapore and Australia.

Mr Robert, is an Australian citizen, resident in Sydney NSW. Mr Robert is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia Chartered Secretaries of Australia. He is a graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney, Holding a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).

In the last 10 years he has provided Company Secretarial services to small ASX listed companies, which has included worked on 10 IPO’s and back door listings. He is currently Company Secretary of four Listed Public Companies.
