Dr Marek Lubomski,

Dr Marek, an Australian citizen, has an M.Sc
(Horticulture) and obtained his doctorate degree
from the Agriculture & Technical University,
Poland. He has considerable experience in tissue
culture and in clonal propagation of fast growing
timber species and has authored a number of
publications on this subject. Dr Marek has a keen
interest in various fields of science, particularly
in plant bio-technology and environmental science.
He is also an independent consultant to a number of
forestry companies.
Leong Kian Ming, Chief
Executive Officer

Mr. Leong, a resident of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is
a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (ACCA), UK and a Chartered Accountant
with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
He has many years experience in corporate management
and finance and was Chief Financial Officer of a
number of public-listed companies in Malaysia and
overseas. During 2006, he was both the Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the
Company.
Tan Say Heng, Non-Executive
Director

Mr. Tan, an Australian citizen, has a B. Com. from
the University of Toronto, Canada. He has 22 years
experience in the banking industry and was formerly
a Senior Banker with various international banks. He
has extensive regional experience, having worked in
various Asia-Pacific countries, including Australia,
Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan. He now resides in
Melbourne and is a Non-Executive Director of the
Company
Frank Stewart Farrall,
Non-Executive Director

Mr. Farrall, an Australian citizen, was formerly a
senior banker with Westpac Banking Corporation
Limited. He has 30 years experience in the banking
industry and has, over the last 10 years, focused
his business interest in the resource and
manufacturing sector in the Asia Pacific region. Mr.
Farrall is presently a marketing consultant to a
several companies in China and, as well as OGL, Mr.
Farrall sits in a non-executive capacity on the
board of two other ASX- listed companies in
Australia.
